Join me on Saturday, October 17, at 2:00 PM for a guided Fall Foliage Forest Bathing experience at Sigrist Woods in Wilmot, Ohio.
Enjoy a gentle, guided trail walk through an old-growth forest with a certified ecotherapist and naturalist, take in the beautiful fall foliage, release anxiety, and relax among the ancient trees.
We will begin with a healing circle, learn about this ancient forest, enjoy a gentle, quiet trail walk, enjoy a poetry reading, and share our experiences before departing. This should be about an hour and a half, but we’ve allowed two hours just in case we hang around a little longer.
This free event is geared toward adults 18 years and older.
Part of the Wilderness Center, Sigrist Woods is easily accessible off of Alabama St., directly across from the main entrance, where you’ll park in the main parking areas. Walk directly across Alabama St., and I’ll be there to greet you.
Leave all technology, including smart watches, at home or in the car. Cameras, sketch pads, and binoculars are welcome.
Bring some water, a notebook, and a towel or garden cushion for ground seating. Dress for the weather, and wear comfortable shoes. The trail is usually pretty smooth and has some gentle slopes.
This small group experience is limited to 15 people. RSVP to secure your free spot below.
